That is why we suggest anything making use of regional characteristics here.Atsugi is a wonderful place surrounded full of nature apart from urban, though it takes just 25 minutes from Tokyo IC to here though the Tomei highway.Around 2343, sometimes animals such as deer, boar and monkey can be seen because there are many mountains, also there are many farms and rice fields.In addition, we have two hot springs of high quality.Beautiful sceneries can be seen in each season thanks to various kinds of plants growing in this environment.
 
关于饮食   
食物是构成人类身体的内容。每天能摄入优质食物的人,一定会有一个良好的身体。所以我们对食材的选用十分的谨慎。在当地能够采集到的新鲜的食材,我们会尽最大努力在当地进行采集。当地没有的食材我们会在全日本甚至是全世界的范围内进行搜罗。我们使用的餐具也是陶艺艺术家「伴健太郎」的手工制品。我们在大家面前呈现的每一道料理都是这样的精心之作

You are what you eat. Daily well-balanced meal makes a strong healthy body. This is why we strongly care about ingredients. We get most of ingredients of good quality from local area as much as possible. Others are supplied from all over Japan and around the world. Plates are made with the ceramic artist, “Kentaro Ban” or ones which can feel raw material. Blending these, we offer meals to your table.

关于空间   
我们在关于饮食和饮食空间上有一个天。我们对于空间和食材一样有所考究,水泥,钢筋,不锈钢,木材,纸,所有我们使用的材料都是自然的素材,我们尽量避免使用华丽的颜色,尽量让食物在这个空间里更加惹人注目。晚餐时间的照明不需要做的过度的明亮,要亮度适中让人觉得舒适。

We make one suggestion of relationship between food and space. Sticking to materials of space as well as food, we use natural materials such as concrete, mortar, steel, stemless, wood and paper. Hence food is stuck out in contrast, not using too colorful materials in this space. For lunch, it’s bright not needing lights. For making dinner time pleasant, we use candles lowering artificial light level. We are trying so that you have a pleasant time here with windows open widely enjoying  such a comfortable environment.

高中毕业之后在餐饮店打工,自己的一些下意识的举动得到了客户的很多的好评,从次立志想要通过食物来给更多的人带来欢乐。专门学校毕业之后,在都内的法式餐厅进行学习,经历了日料餐厅,西餐厅之后在都内开了一家属于自己的餐厅。独立之后,也做过快餐餐车的事业。2343的范围从日料到西餐到高级法式料理都是提供的业务范围。他在利用自己的以往的经验希望发现自己的方法找到更好的料理制作的方法。
After getting training in French restaurant in Tokyo, he worked as a cook of Japanese restaurant and Western-style restaurant. After that, he had his own restaurant in Tokyo.Not only the restaurant, but also he did business of food track and provide fast foods all over Japan.In 2343, he will offer creative meals with new taste or unique texture, making use of his wide experiences in Japanese, Western, French cuisine, and fast food.
